Portable Art Parties
- We bring the party to any location you choose and entertain for 1 hour .
- You choose the art activity in advance and all materials for the craft are provided by Krafty Kids. (Scroll down to see our party craft options)
- We charged based on a minimum of 8 kids ($300 plus hst). Each additional child is $37.50 plus hst.
- In each party we play collaborative art games, craft, dance and make the birthday child feel extra special!
- To extend the length of the party we charge an additional $40 (plus hst) per half hour.
- There will be a travel fee added for any locations further than a 15 minute drive from Bathurst and Wilson.
- To reserve the date we require $100 deposit via e-transfer. The balance of payment is due once the final numbers are confirmed one week before the party. Once final payment is made we do not offer any refunds, but we can send home additional materials for children that could not attend.
- Party loot bag add ons: Customized name tumblers, mason drinking jars, notebooks, clipboards and other unique items $8.50 plus hit each!

For the premium birthday party the birthday child gets to keep the collaborative birthday banner with their name on it.
ICE CREAM CRAFT
Here's the scoop; for this craft, each child gets to choose and make their own flavoured ice cream sundae with whipped cream clay, candy charms and sprinkles on top! If time permits each child will also make a milkshake or boba tea key chain!

MAGICAL MINI WORLDS
These mini world creations can be any theme you want!! Our most popular themes include mermaids, unicorn , flamingos, space and fairy terrariums or globes!

PUFFY PAINT MOSAIC FRAMES
Start off by making your own puffy paint, then choose all your goodies from our art buffet to make a unique mosaic frame!
SHARPIE TIE-DYE PARTY

How do I reserve a spot for a birthday party?
To reserve the date and time you want for a birthday party we require a $100 deposit which can be paid via e-transfer to info@kraftykidswithsarah.com Once your deposit is received you will get an email back with 24-48 hours confirming deposit and an email outlining all party information (e.g what you need to bring, party address et
When is the balance of payment due?
One week before your party we will follow up to confirm final numbers. We charged based on this number and the balance is due once the final number is confrimed. If children that you confirmed for do not show up the day of the party you will still be charged.
How many kids can you accommodate?
We can host up to 19 children. We also have a large couch in the space for adults to take in all the fun of the party! Based on space limitations we recommend drop off party if there is more then 10 kids.
